Water Filtration & Purification review in Calgary

Needed a new water softener and got this company off the internet. After installation he refused to take the old one and I was hugely disappointed. He did come back and disposed of it and did not charge a fee. My faith has been restored in this company. He also offered a chlorine filter at a reduced price which I will get. I’m glad that he went the extra mile to ensure we were pleased with the service.

Well I picked this name out of google and boy do I regret this. This guy is not friendly whatsoever. Thought he was having a bad day but he is a genuine you know what. Needed a new water softener installed but before I had this done I asked if he also took away the old one to which he said yes for $60. On install date he refused to take it. Said truck was full. He said he come the Thursday and I waited around for a no show. We can’t get the old one out. Our new water softener has warranty but probably meaningless given what a low rank person this is for an owner of a company. We were also told price was too way too high.
