Terrible house foundations, cracks everywhere within 2 years

Homes by Avi came and inspected the cracks in the house and refused to fix anything. very unsupportive. Cracks continue to appear everywhere in the house within the one year. My neighbours homes are having same issues which is also builtby homes by AVI.
