Were very prompt with appointment, and made adjustments and cleaned furnace.
The tech i had was excellent (i forgot his name :( ), he described what he was doing as well as gave pointers to keep the furnace running efficiently.
Come the spring i will be calling them to do service on my air conditioning unit.
