Great attention to detail installing our IKEA closets
We needed a massive IKEA closet installed in our master bedroom and
we contacted Traian after seeing the many positive reviews on Homestars. He followed up with us shortly after we emailed him.
It was a good thing that we went with him. Traian has an in-depth knowledge of the product and had done many many of these types of installations before. He's also a bit of a perfectionist. While he was at our place for he readjusted some of the cabinetry in our kitchen just so it looked better. We hadn't noticed the problems but we did once it was corrected!
The installation of the closets themselves was not easy. We had over 50 boxes of IKEA products (shelves,drawers, handles, rails, lighting etc) delivered to our house. It turns out our floor is not perfectly level (old Toronto home), we were missing some items, and the instructions from IKEA weren't always correct. Through it all Traian was professional and on task. We felt we'd made the right choice.
Traian was at our house for 12 hours on the first day and came back for more on the second day. He worked efficiently and provided us with a number of suggestions along the way to make it work better for us. We couldn't be happier with our new closets. RECOMMENDED.
