Rene's Spary and Brush Painting

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. RENE, MOGAN AND TYSON NOT ONLY PAINT, REPLACE ROTTEN BOARDS, FILL IN THE TINIEST HOLES IN YOUR HOME, REPLACED ALL THE WEATHER STRIPPING, I SAW SOME MOSS ON OUR ROOF AND ASKED IF THEY COULD REMOVE THAT STRIP. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD JUST DO THAT BUT THE WHOLE ROOF WAS CLEARED OF MOSS AND SPRAYED WITH MOSS REMOVER. THE ROOF LOOKS BRAND NEW. THEY NOT ONLY SPRAY PAINT, THEY BRUSH PAINT AND THAT MEANS A JOB THAT WILL LAST FOR A LONG, LONG TIME. I ASKED WHETHER THEY COULD JUST POWER WASH THE FRONT PORCH TO THE GATE WHILE THEY WERE DOING THE HOUSE AND SHED. NO PROBLEM, THEY COULD DO THAT, APPLY THE SEALANT, DO THE DRIVEWAY IN THE BACK ALONG WITH THE BACK PORCH AND WALKWAYS. THIS HASN'T BEEN DONE SINCE BEFORE COVID. THEY GAVE SUGGESTIONS - THE METAL GATES HAD MOSS AND NEEDED PAINTING. DONE. REPLACE YOUR EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURES THAT WERE PEELING, GET NEW DOOR HANDLES. THEY PAINTED THE EAVESTROUGHS AND DOWNSPOUTS AND FILLED IN HOLES IN THE EAVESTROUGHS FOR US. WE ARE SENIORS - THEY DID JOBS THAT WE WOULD HAVE HIRE INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTORS FOR AND DID IT EXPERTLY, QUICKLY AND WERE JUST A TEAM THAT I COULD ONLY DREAM OF. FRIENDS REMARKS ARE 'FABULOUS', JUST BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE A BRAND NEW HOME. OTHER PAINTERS WOULD PAINT OVER WOOD ROT AND NOT CARE ABOUT THE WHOLE PICTURE. CONTACT RENE IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE BY OR STOP IN TO SEE MY HOME. IT LOOKS AWESOME. THEIR MOTTO IS DON'T WORRY, WE WILL HANDLE IT ... AND THEY DID!

The work at the time was great, and I thought they would be my painters forever, however six months later there is significant peeling on the skylight area and he came by to look at it and it’s not claiming responsibility. In 17 years I have never had peeling by the skylight, but suddenly six months after the job is done, there is significant peeling and it needs to be redone. He is saying it is an issue with the skylight,And the heat wave we had this summer, however in the 17 years I have owned this house there have been other heat waves. The skylight they did not paint is not peeling. If he would accept responsibility and repair this job, I would have used them again! Frustrating

Because wall was not sealed.after 6 months we noticed wall was peeling.we notified Rene,and he said was not his fault,tho there was no peeling before his work.he quoted us a high price to repair.no discount or guarantee.

Most professional team I have ever hired. Complete job - they sanded areas I didn't even think needed to be sanded. Removed all fixtures, lights, curtain rods, etc so looked like first paint job. Exceptionally clean and tidy - not a spec of paint except on the walls. Also did crown moldings and window casings - beautifully done. Would absolutely recommend to everyone! No hesitation. PLUS reasonably priced!
