The rep from Orsan air made it sound like we were getting a fabulous deal of several hundreds of dollars off. He had a really elaborate sales pitch that we were not fooled by. However he came out to the house so we went with his company to get our ducts cleaned at the new house we had just purchased. When they came to do it it was one teenaged boy and they wore their shoes into my house and made a complete mess in the washroom by blowing the sediment into the room. I had to spend time cleaning my bathroom after he had left (while 9 months pregnant I didn't want to clean up someone elses messs). My husband came home and I told him what happened and he called up to complain. He assured us he would take care of it. Over 6 months my husband made several calls to see what "taking care of it" was supposed to mean. Then after 6 months we received a $30 gift card in the mail.
Not the best experience we've ever had. I would not reccommend this company.

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with Orsan Air. When we initially spoke about the issue with you we had offered to return or send a cleaning company for an hour to clean up mess in bathroom. At that time your husband had indicated that it already had been cleaned. The owner then offered a gift card for restraunts in area to compensate. Unfortunately, due to lack of communication within our office your gift cards where not mailed our as promised. Although very late, gift card was sent. The technician that was in your home was definitely not a "teenager" as we do not employ people under the age of 25 as technicians.
Again, for all its now worth, we apologize and will take this as a learning experience to improve our service in the future.
