John was very knowledgeable in isolating the issues we had with our drainage and foundation. The needed excavating along one side of our house was done very professionally with no damage to the landscaping beyond the area excavated. The repairs were quickly accomplished and where there were issues where he was uncertain on the best solution, he did his research first. The job was done speedily, no delays from start to finish. We are very satisfied with the work done. Highly recommended.

Phil is awesome with communication. We originally had him in to fix a foundation crack in 2018. No issues with the fill so far. This year our basement flooded. We contacted him pretty late at night. I was So impressed that he dropped what he was doing and came right over to assess the issue and help us figure out the problems. He let us use his tools and gave us his time. He didn’t charge us a single penny. He also referred us to a mechanical plumber who has also been awesome with his communication. Thank you Phil!

I called Crackmaster as I had water in a crack in my basement foundation. Phil came to the house and did an assessment with the recommendation of not needing a fix right now. There was NO charge for his trip to my house.

We called Crackmaster to repair a foundation crack. Jim was extremely informative and explained the process clearly. They were the cheapest of four companies I spoke to and while some services were booking seven days away they could come the next day. It was an easy pick. The service technician was great. Personable, polite, and quietly efficient, he arrived on time and was in and out in two hours as promised. The job looks neat. and the foam came out of a visible void between the house brick and the driveway. Clearly the foundation crack was well sealed. Not sure what they could have improved on. Recommend highly.

Crackmaster repaired a crack in our basement a couple of years ago. Recently, water started to seep through again. We called Phil and he promptly came out to repair it again. We did not pay for this service as he said it was covered under warranty. We found Crackmaster to be professsional and knowledgeable, and would highly recommend them.

Fast efficient service from Crackmaster Concrete. Needing an emergency fix to a leaking tenanted basement I got an inspection from another company who wanted to overcharge me for drywall removal, then take 3 days to get an inspection team before providing a quote. I felt I should get a second opinion. I found Crackmaster online, Phil answered, came within a couple of hours, saw the damage and fixed within 40 minutes. I found Phil to be professional and courteous and didn't try to up sell his service unlike the other company that made me think I had a bigger problem than what it really was. I highly recommend his services.

Phil came to my house to provide a quote for a crack foundation on my house in Richmond. He quote me $7000. Guy was very polite and courteous at the time. I agreed and asked him to proceed. Job took about two days to complete. Invoice came by email and the amount was $2500 over the quote. I call to asked him why the amount was so much and that's why all the swear words started flying out of this guy's mouth. He was swearing like a trooper. Thought I could have a reasonable discussion but he just went on swearing at me like there is no tomorrow. Although he did his job, I do not think I will recommend him to anyone unless you enjoy taking insults from this guy.

Bought a place, multiple cracks in the basement, had previous dealings with the guy and he had repaired a client's basement with very little hassel. Would definately recommend him to future clients, family and friends
