His work was pretty fast and efficient. He still try hard on such a small job. He also promised if any followup needed, he can return to fix it. His price is not the lowest in town though. I still won't regret hiring him to clean my two rooms.

Quality and low price usually don't go together in my experience. Your carpets had deep stains I believe you mentioned others couldn't satisfy you, and were far beyond "normal" wear and soil levels. This I would consider more on the "restorative" side, which is what I specialize in. What you received for $169 was more than fair considering the stellar results achieved. The products I use to achieve these kind of results are very pricy, thus I charge more..
You could of hired numerous different $100 dollar guys, and I'm doubtful you would of got the results I did..regular services I'm sure satisfactory work is possible. Restorative work is a different world all together!Best regards,
