My wife and I, in August 2024, purchased and had installed insulated residential Garage Doors to our new home.
The friendly and professional Greg was an instant hit with both my wife and I. He was extremely patient, fabulously knowledgeable regarding all of our questions and potential concerns.
We quickly settled on, with his valuable guidance:
1. Upwardor R-16 urethane insulated Doors

The final product exceeded our already high expectations.
We carefully researched and received 5 company quotes.

We had problems from the beginning.capping, inserts, rubber bumpers..they always made an excuse as to why it wasnt their issue and never fixed it. Stay away!!! Ive been years dealing with them and the same inefficiency . Garaga stands by their product but they dont stand by Garaga. They should not be allowed to deal with Garaga doors.

Very satisfied with Garage Door Depot and its service representatives. I have found them to be skilled, good problem solvers and good communicators.

Motor installed: Liftmaster Wall Mounted

Our technician was named Basel. His service was excellent and he was able to install the motor very quickly. Before starting the work he explained everything to me on his scope of work and outlined how long the process would take. After completing the install he provided some basic training on the operation of the motor as well as all the additional safety measures.

The sales and customer service staff was also excellent. Quick and detailed responses with clear options and pricing. Very professional and I appreciated the level of speed responding to any inquiries and then providing a quotation.

Ours is an old house which had a very old garage door which did not seal well at all and was in desperate need of replacement. The garage door clearance is marginal while the garage has an uneven floor which was all a concern to another company we had contacted. Greg at Garage Door Depot had no problem with these issues and did a really masterful installation job. We are extremely happy with our new door how it and the automatic door opener (our first ever) was installed on schedule. We highly recommend the company to others in our position.

Had an old bottom seal that was leaking badly. Greg came and fixed it in a very short time at a very good price. He not only replaced the old seal but lubricated the springs and other moving parts, he recalibrated the pressure and even fixed the light on the opener that hasnt worked for years.

My garage door spring broke on my original door and Greg from the garage door depot came the next day to make a temporary repair to enable the door to go up and down. I ordered a new door from Greg and the install was great with hiccups. Good explanation and great service. Would highly recommend.
