Louis arrived exactly within the time frame that was stated in the email I received the day before my appointment. One of the tumbler vanes inside the dryer drum had loosened, and was rattling around, and catching clothing. Louis went out to his van to get a screwdriver, had the cover off in a minute, and the vane tightened down in less than five minutes! He is a rarity of politeness, efficiency and expertise! He charged me the minimum for a service call - well worth it, since reportedly, LG techs are the only ones authorized to service their appliances, and charge an arm and a leg to do so.
