Westview Builders - October 2011 Update
After months of delays, most of our outdoor seasonal work is finally complete. If it were not for the support of our sales associate and technical service coordinator, we would not have been this far ahead, so we are very thankful to them for ensuring the work on our house gets done. These two individuals have provided us with exceptional customer service. This is why it is so disappointing that the Management at Westview Builders did not provide us with the same treatment. Our overall experience with Westview has been unpleasant and stressful. We are referring to the Management at Westview Builders – they have the money and power to make the decisions. They are the ones that caused us the stress and aggravation – the numerous delays, our unpleasant confrontation with their GM, lack of communication, and lack of response from the President when we tried to reach out and ask for information and assistance. We are disheartened to read from the reviews that people were getting “liens’ from their Westview homes. This is very serious, should not be trivialized and should not have happened. The reviews suggest Westview’s reputation suffered within the last year – so those of you who built prior, then you are the lucky ones. Whatever the issues Westview is facing today, the President of the company needs to address it. If he really cares, he would do whatever it takes to gain back his company’s reputation. Westview needs to realize they should do the right thing – listen to their customers, find a solution, fix the problems and send an apology to all those who felt wronged by the company. This is the most decent thing to do.
