The Eureka team installed a LGM Tavolo wall bed/shelf/unit in my parents’ condo todayi. I was anxious for everything to go smoothly with the delivery and installation. Peter and his team were very professional. They were organized in their approach to the installation which involved many parts in a very tight space. They were friendly and helpful and they communicated well. The concierge expressed all sorts of concerns to me regarding the elevator and parking, but once they arrived on site they established a rapport with the concierge so I didn’t have any problems with him. They cleaned up all the packaging and even vacuumed after completing the installation. They were also diligent in keeping their masks on maintaining physical distancing. My parents and I were happy with the service.

Note: the cost of this service was included in the cost of the furniture which I purchased from Resource furniture so I’m not sure how much it was.
