I am a designer with 20 yrs experience and am very organized in my business. However, my closets were another story! I knew I needed help when I ran out of space and was reluctant to let go of old clothes.
I hired Lois, and with her guidance and gentle coaxing, she helped me reclaim my closet. Lois is professional, creative and very efficient. She kept me on track at all times and had great innovative suggestions. She asked all the right questions and gently but firmly helped me to select between garbage, donations and consignment items.
Lois not only organized my closets, but also organized my mind set towards holding on to old clothes. It is a gift that will keep on giving.

Cold Room-As a result of a flood in our home recently, one of my favourite storage areas in the cold room had to be used as interim holding space. Everything that could possibly fit in this room was packed up to the ceiling in order to start the necessary renovations to the damaged rooms. I could barely open the door to walk in! Lois agreed to assist with the reorganization of the cold room upon completion of our renovations. I could hardly wait!
The process was easy and stress free with Lois at the helm. Within one day, the contents were emptied, sorted and neatly packed efficiently in either rubber bins or stored directly on the shelves fore easy viewing. The president and founder of 3 Step Solution, Lois Kennedy, is the most organized and professional person I have ever met. With great tact, patience and kindness Lois transformed my double garage which had a combination of old furniture, clothes and brick brack from two generations stored within its walls since the house was purchased, into a real garage in which a car can now be parked, tools can be found and even a section for wine making materials is well organized. I cannot believe how kindly persuasive she was in her approach to convincing me to let go of the past and start fresh.
