Our back French doors had been leaking, resulting in water in the basement. Ian, our primary contact, came to check out the situation before we proceeded with the purchase of a new set of doors. We visited the showroom, under full Covid protocols, and with guidance from Ian, chose a new sliding door. On the delivery date, he and his team had a new sliding door installed and the area cleaned up in 2 1/2 hours.
