My 85yr old mother got a laptop 4yrs ago. She mainly enjoys using it to receive emails and playing Scrabble. It became painfully slow and I figured it needed its memory increased. I was inspired by their philosophy and committment to customer service. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! Steve was responsive and understanding to our needs. He took the laptop, checked it and confirmed it was the memory. He bought the part, installed it and the laptop works great now. I'm sure there are other places that are technically equipped to do the same function, but Steve truly made the difference. He's trustworthy, honest and helpful.
