installation of gutters and downspouts
Never judge a book by it's cover - I did. I chose this company based on their reputation outlined on this website. Communication remained strong and consistent. When the job was completed, I realized the contractor took a downspout extension from my property and the downspout he installed was adjacent to my home's foundation, instead of being at least 3 feet away. The site supervisor insured that someone will come later in the week to return extension and fix their installation. No one came. 2 weeks later and running on very little patience, I was able to contact Alex (the operator) who sent someone immediately to extend the downspout and return my extension. She is the individual who is solely working hard to maintain the integrity of this company. All thanks goes to her.
