I contacted Ross a few weeks ago and we set up a time for his visit.
He and his son Eric arrived on time,and had a look at the jobs I wanted to be done. He completed the jobs with knowledge and expertise.
Two of the problems were more complex and involved more work and Ross very kindly offered me the names and numbers of companies who could help. He was a godsend!
