We've used Maric's services for our furnace for a number of years and he has been consistenly excellent both in diagnosing the problem and fixing it promptly. One year our furnace broke down on Christmas eve and Maric made the effort to come to our home to fix it---this was going beyond the "call of duty". He is professional and also reasonable, and takes the time to explain the issue and what it will take to fix it. We would never use anyone else.

Maric fixed our hot water heater, he is very professional, he is prompt and came on time, diagnosed the issue immediately and completed the work very efficiently. He is an expert in the field and will not let you down. For any future needs I will not look anywhere else, he is the person to call and will highly recommend to family and friends. Maric takes pride in his work and he cares about his customers, there is nothing else better than to feel you are cared for.

This review is long overdue. Maric is prompt, and attentive and I've recommended him to all my friends and family. He has installed my AC and that of at least 6 of my friends. Today I emailed him for a furnace that didn't sound right. Not only did he reply immediately he came the same day. I can't say enough about his service, how professional he is and how efficient he is at delivering. I highly recommend him and can't say it enough. He is the only one I call. Period.

Maric was able to service our furnace the day we called him. He figured out the intermittent problem, which turned out to be a more complex issue than anticipated. Finding the fix required a process of elimination.

The solution indicated the need for a part that was not on his truck, so Maric went and got it. Unfortunately, the new part was not the issue. Maric came up with a temporary solutions and was back the very next day with the required special order parts. Now, the problem was fixed within minutes.

Even though it took substantially longer than anticipated, his quoted price did not change. We find him professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and honest; and very recommendable.

My furnace was not working properly so I needed a technician to come to repair it. I found Maric on Homestars and he came highly recommended, for good reason. He diagnosed the problem immediately and even had the replacement part on hand. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond as he cleaned a few connections and replaced a drainage hose at no extra cost. I am planning to have him back to add a humidifier to the furnace and again in the spring to clean my A/C unit.

Maric and his assistant were very quick, clean and professional. showed me how the water tank operates. Maric had to cut the dry wall of the ceiling to change the piping and definitely tried to make the least cut as possible.

It was just installed so I don't know if it's working properly; I'll update that part later.

I was looking for a technician to come and fix a roof top furnace that was not properly heating a rental property. It was a Saturday and after calling several companies Maric was the only one who took the time to come out and diagnose the problem. He was very patient and explained what he was doing as he worked on the furnace. He accurately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. He got the parts and fixed the furnace on the following Monday all at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future. Thanks Maric.
