From the 5 underpinning specialists we contacted, Tonio did the most thorough and complete assessment and gave a very solid & competitive quote for the 100 linear feet, 2 feet deep, underpinning of our basement. He provided insurance and licence documents on request. While it was at times a bit harder to contact him in the months leading up to the works, he was very available once the work started. Tonio oversaw the work of his friendly crew at the most important stages and came to check in in the evening and during the weekend when freak rains brought in lots of water in the basement during a crucial moment of the underpinning.
