Excellent customer service. Sales representative explained in detail the service offered and answered all my queries in a clear and professional manner. The work as also carried out with the same care, with all scrap materials being removed and the place cleaned,
leaving no sign that any work had been done at all. Except for the new roof, which looks great. Would certainly recommend Turnbull Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement.

We knew that we would need a new roof this year, so we called around to a few companies for quotes. One of the companies that I called arranged to meet on a Wednesday. Randomly on a Saturday, while my wife was home alone, the contractor showed up wanting to do the quote. To say the least, I was not impressed, and did not use their service. Chris, from Turnbull roofing, came on time for the quote and gave a detailed outline of all the work that would be done as well as the costs. He also explained where his worker were from and the work they would be doing. The crew from Turnbull was on time and the worker were professional and courteous. Last year one of my neighbours had his roof repaired and that company, not Turnbull, had a radio blaring from 8am until 630pm for two days straight. The crew from Turnbull was not excessively loud and finished up every day at a reasonable time. The crew did an amazing job on the clean up as well. The entire job took two days due to rain and the only issue, that arose was that two of the screens on my windows got minor rips in them. I spoke with Chris and it was not an issue, as Turnbull took the screens for repairs at no expense to me. The whole experience with Turnbull was professional, efficient and at no point did we feel any pressure. Chris and the crew did an excellent job and I have already recommended them to a few co-workers. The roof looks amazing, thanks again.

From our first meeting with Robert Turnbull this experience was nothing but positive. Turnbull Roofing was recommended to us by a close neighbour. I'm a firm believer in recommendations with regard to the decision making process. We found Robert to be very knowledgeable and professional. We express concern that we had a leak in our roof that we wanted dealt with prior to the Spring rains. We had an install date within 2 weeks weather permitting. We also had expressed concern with regards to our sunroom that was recently installed. Turnbull took great consideration in protecting this room throughout the roofing replacement process. The workers (6-8) at any given time were very efficient and very polite to deal with. Our roof is quite large with a lot of complexities to it and each worker handled it very well. At the end of the job our entire property was cleaned up and everything was put back in place. I highly recommend using this company! You won't be disappointed.

When buying our new home we knew that the roof was in bad shape and we needed to have it looked at and repaired. What we didn't know was the difficulty to find a roofer that is legit and willing to stand behind their labor and product. We found this in Turnbull!
We had far too many roofers come to provide an estimate and the red flags were obvious with almost all of them. For example, not climbing up on my roof to see the damage, or, criticizing all other roofers and telling me endless flaws in another companies methods.
Robert of Turnbull came to meet with me and provide our estimate. He made sure to come at a time we were actually home, he was patient and detailed in answering all my concerns and he did not speak ill of any of his competitors whatsoever.
The quote was reasonable.
On the day of the roof installation the staff arrived on time and were considerate to my sons and dog presence. They were all very sweet and worked hard to complete our roof within the timeframe provided.
I can't say enough about Turnbull! They are professional, cordial and respectful of their customers.

The staff at Turnbull did an excellent job from the quoting process through the removal of the old shingles and installation of the new shingles. The work was done quickly and professionally and my house and yard was kept clean and organized.

I recently had my roof replaced by Turnbull Roofing & Renovations, short notice. The folks are customer friendly and easy to approach with questions etc. The work was done as scheduled and all residues cleaned up and removed. The roof looks like new, and appear to be flawless. I like the warranty, which is transferable.

The crew of guys (6) were very polite and did the roof fast. Took them a day and a half. Quality work. Very pleased with how it looks and I would recommend this company to friends and family! They cleaned the surrounding yard up well after finishing and made sure I knew what was going on. You won't be disappointed by choosing Turnbull Roofing and Renovations! It was a pleasure dealing with Turnbull Roofing through the entire process of having a new roof put on our house. They responded right away when requesting a quote through their website which was appreciated especially since most companies didn't even bother to get back to us.

We met with Robert and he explained all the different options available to us and that they prefer to use higher quality products which was fine by us since we prefer that as well. We also had a small piece of fascia that was ripped off in a wind storm earlier in the year that he said would be no problem for them to replace for us.

After deciding to proceed with them they quickly scheduled us within two weeks of first speaking to them. Robert brought samples of the shingles so we could see what colour would look best on our house and was quite helpful at helping us make our final decision as we wanted to tone down the reds in our brick and siding.

On the day of installation, they arrived early and got straight to work tarping the entire perimeter and moving any accent lights, patio furniture and potted plants that were in the way. It took them around 11 hours for the entire team to complete the job including cleaning up and returning everything they had moved back to its original location. Except for the new roof you wouldn't know they had been there.

It was obvious they take pride in their work which looks amazing by the way. I would have no problems recommending Turnbull Roofing to others and would not see anyone else having problems when hiring them.
