Vance (Probably the owner of the business) came on time as per appointment. He immediately identified the specie of ant. He searched carefully for the nest and he did found it and showed it to me.
He applied his formula at all the possible entry points, both indoor ,outdoor and behind walls (with minimal drilling). Next day, zero ant, but inside and outside.
He is careful with the formula application, no mess, no smell and no mist. The work is covered for 1 year warranty.
