They screwed up:
- Quoting, quoted on the full job but only performed 75% of the work
- Workmanship, installed chipped tile, left gaps in the grout, didn't seal the grout
- Billing, couldn't even bill us for the correct amount
- Customer Service, rude right from the start, refusing to come and fix the issues we have even though we are within their arbitrary 60 day window since work "completion"

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and other viewers. After my visit to your house you've received email with quote. Once we agreed on cost we started your project right next day. Your project was done in proper time manner, including additional work you've requested. The project were excepted by you.
This project was not paid in full regardless of our written invoice. AR department tried to collect outstanding balance . In return we've received an email from you, after more than two months of silence, with complains that some tiles chipped. It is home owner responsibility to check quality of work right after it is done. We can not be responsible for damages after 60 days of work completion. As I've stated in our email correspondence, once the outstanding balance will be paid, we will schedule service call to evaluate the nature of damage and solution to repair.
