After working with Keramin, I have a very mixed review. The front line staff, once you get working with them, are very helpful. A little curt, but they have a very busy 'showroom' with lots of potential clients so I can't blame them. We ordered and put a deposit down after seeing a sample of the exact type of countertop stone that I had been searching high and low for. After taking measurements, we found out that they no longer have the stone or that the two pieces we needed for our project came from different lots so they would be different looking. It was very unclear why this happened and why I couldn't actually see the stone or what my options were except to choose a new stone. I was VERY disappointed by this revelation, considering I had chosen to go with Keramin solely on the fact that they had what I was looking for and now it was unavailable. Backed into a corner, I had to choose another stone. Installation had it's own issues from the contractors that Keramin hired but I've already discussed these with the company and hopefully they will take action with these installers. Overall, I like my new countertops and they did a decent job of installing and measuring. The stone is admittedly beautiful but I am NOT loving them since they're not what I originally picked out and I had to settle.
