Keramin Tile Style

Last place we decided to go to after searching for three months after we bought our house. We walked in with our kitchen cabinet door and Eddy greeted us after looking at granite counters for under two minutes. Great customer service started from there. Looked at several options for counter and back splash until we finally decided on a Brazilian granite. He went out of his way to show us what he would do and quickly realized how picky i was. The process was made simple and worry free. Today they installed the counters and on Friday will be the back splash. Thought I would write my review now as I was very impressed with my whole experience with these
guys. I am very sure on Friday when they come to do my back splash I will not be disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really liked the tile selection. Unfortunately I miscalculated the number of tiles I needed and had to order more. This order was not delivered on time. Then manager properly apologised so the issue was resolved

We made a couple of visits before making the final decision. So many beautiful choices! The sales people were helpful, friendly and happy to guide me when I had questions. I love my backsplash tiles and will be happy to visit Keramin again for my next project. Thank you!!

After working with Keramin, I have a very mixed review. The front line staff, once you get working with them, are very helpful. A little curt, but they have a very busy 'showroom' with lots of potential clients so I can't blame them. We ordered and put a deposit down after seeing a sample of the exact type of countertop stone that I had been searching high and low for. After taking measurements, we found out that they no longer have the stone or that the two pieces we needed for our project came from different lots so they would be different looking. It was very unclear why this happened and why I couldn't actually see the stone or what my options were except to choose a new stone. I was VERY disappointed by this revelation, considering I had chosen to go with Keramin solely on the fact that they had what I was looking for and now it was unavailable. Backed into a corner, I had to choose another stone. Installation had it's own issues from the contractors that Keramin hired but I've already discussed these with the company and hopefully they will take action with these installers. Overall, I like my new countertops and they did a decent job of installing and measuring. The stone is admittedly beautiful but I am NOT loving them since they're not what I originally picked out and I had to settle.

Very nice product. Vadim was very patient with all the changes. The installers were early, did the work quickly and left a clean kitchen when they're done. They even vacuumed. I'd recommend these guys

The day I visited the shop for the first time I was very impressed with the service and knowledge I received. Aaron sent me to pick out the granite and two weeks later the counter was delivered and installed. It looked beautiful. Unfortunately the seal on the sink did not hold. I went to the shop to explain the problem and before I got home, the installers had arrived to repair the job. Totally awesome.

I used to buy tiles in Keramin store any time I need renovate my kitchen and bathroom. I came to conclusion that Keramin provides customers with best selection of quality tiles for a reasonable price. The customer always enjoys professional advice and assistance to make a right choice.
I also noticed that they are constantly improving trying their best to bring unique and most fashionable tiles available on the market to their store. Advice everybody to visit and experience Keramin service - satisfaction guaranteed.

Sales representative Aaron helped to choose tiles, his recommendations were very useful. Delivery was on time, nice guys put everything very gently into garage. They delivered a little bit more than we ordered. We needed to to buy more of two kinds of tiles and our order was ready in couple of days. We returned three boxes of tiles more than a month later and got refund minus 20% restocking fee which is very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the service I got. I want to post one picture showing the quality and the beauty of tiles.
