We used this service when purchasing a home, Alan who we worked with went a day before and scoped the home out. By the time we met up (the following day), he already knew what he wanted to show us:
1) issues with the fence
2) when the roof would have to be updated
3) special considerations within the furnace room
4) garbage that was stowed under the wooden platform that was not visible to us, including an old AC unit
5) issues with grading/slope of rear patio wall, and soil
We were very happy with this service and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. Alan was also very professional and mindful of our time.
