We were referred to Allan by our realtor. Allan was very professional. He looked at all areas of the home inside and out including the attic spaces. He was very thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain any recommendations he made which made us more comfortable. We are first time home buyers so he was exceptionally helpful in explaining things we would have to know to operate our first home.
Allan was punctual and sent us a report the next day which was highly detailed and included recommendations along the way. It even laid out which recommendations were the highest price tag and also which were the highest priority. The report will assist us in our future renovation budgeting.
