We are first time home buyers. Gavin from AllMax inspected our new home in July 2016. He explained the pitfalls and warnings very systematically, and walked us through sections of the home that needed some repair. It was important to understand items that were critical, items that would improve safety, and those that presented no risks, but improved your quality of living.
