Alan was great at explaining exactly how the process would go right from the start, he definately has people skills.
My husband was a professional in the architectural field, so we had some knowledge of what to look for, but I was quite impressed when the inspector pointed out a few things that we had missed.
He was very knowledgeable and had all the right tools for the job.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the service provided and have already recommended him to our colleagues.
