In July 2011, we had a major flood in our high-end clothing store. There was flooring, ceiling and other structural damage to half of the store. There was also major damage to inventory. Joel from PuroClean was such a pleasure to deal with. It truly was a time of a crisis and his methodical, quick and calm approach made going through this nightmare manageable. He also we extremely diligent in documenting our case which made it easy for us to deal with our insurance company in order to resolve our damages. I would recomend PuroClean for their services as they sawvthings through during the crisis and followed up until all loose ends are tied up and we were back in business.

My story is simple; We had a total flood of a finished basement area, this area was my wife's studio and teaching area... it was a mess.
I called Joel Nelson of PuroClean, got his name in the middle of the nite on the internet. He called early the next morning and it just got better every day from when he arrived to five days later when we were ready to proceed to install new floors, trim, and drywall.

We had a toilet overflow when my daughter was home alone. Unfortunately it was awhile before she turned the water off so the water ran throughout the mainfloor and through to the basement. We had a company come out to do an assessment but they didn't initiate any measures to dry the waterthat had seeped under the floor or into the basement. I called Puroclean and Joel and his assistant were at our home within the hour. After an assessment of the damage, they instituted measures right away that saved our hardwood floors from permanent damage. Because of Joel's fast action to dry the water in the basement, we didn't have any long term water damage or mould. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of these services. Joel was incredibly quick to come and survey our situation. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and considerate throughout the entire process of the cleanup, mold removal and drying of our basement. He guided us in the most resourceful and helpful way through the process of repair and in addressing the drainage issues in our yeard which lead to the water entering our basement. I contacted PuroClean emergency services to have a look at a wet room in the basement of a home that I was about to put on the market for sale. After their inspection it was noted that not only was water entering the basement from the foundation walls but that mold was present. Knowning that this home would have to pass a home inspection I decided that it was prudent to dryout the area and get rid of the mold. To my surprise the quote was a lot less than expected, and in order for the mold to be mitigated properly, the room would have to be completely sealed off, drywall and carpet removed and the entire room would have to be scrubbed in order to remove all of the mold spores. In the end the house was now safe and it was sold within a week with no problems arising for the mold that had been present. Thanks to Puroclean we turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience. The work was completed by professionals in a timely manner above our expectations and at a reasonable cost.
