Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Was recommended by a family member based on word of mouth from friends. Called to set up appointment which he didn't show up for. Re-scheduled and had him come look at the job. He said he'd call the next day with an estimate but waited three days. Sorry, but you have to show up / call when you say you're going to. Can't comment on quality of work but I'd say reliability is questionable.
