After 3 1/2 yrs with ADT we switched to their wireless service. This has proven to be unreliable, as it has required technical service twice in the few months we've had it. Both times we were told the tech comes out to our town only once a week. This time they were booked a month out. We are now without protection for a whole month. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of promptness and their lack of available technicians.

Great customer service. We had an issue with one of our contacts and the technician came back in a timely manner to resolve it. A great example of how a company cares about their customer's needs.

Installer was very careful and very professional and an very clean installation. The sales person recommended the various equipment necessary based on the location of the doors and windows in the house.
