Just had Karl do the carpet re-stretching in our dining room; and he did it perfectly. A friendly person, who explained why the carpet developed the stretch mark (ripple) and how he was going to fix it. In a very short time, all was completed and it looks like new!! Really nice to deal with a true professional, who takes pride in his work. Thanks Karl!!
