The worst experience ever. I just cancelled my service with TruGreen.I have paid TruGreen $507 in past couple of months. The representative said that this is unfair to cancel the service. I am posting images of the yard here. what is unfair, spending $507 and receiving the worst service ever or cancelling the service when you are not satisfied ???!!! And the manager even doesn't bother to talk to you to find out the reason you are so upset?

Formerly ChemLawn, GreenLawn did the weed spraying and fertilizing of our lawn for the summer of 2013. We had a recurring problem with some persistent weeds, but they were very responsive when asked to spray again.

I figured I would post a good recent review. Your reviews are from 2012 or before when I googled GreenLawn. I have been with them since 2010 when chemicals were outlawed. They still made sure my weeds were killed despite not being able to use what they were before. I have the name and extention of one person who I call whenever I need help. Great service.

We had a lot of weeds and our lawn was fading to yellow during the summer because of the hot sun. We subscribed to greenlawn's service and 1 week after they began caring for our lawn began turning a dark green and the weeds are nowhere to be seen!

The service was good and my lawn was definately looking better with Greenlawn, but when we finished our service with them and cancelled, they still kept billing us and still annoy us with overdue payment to this day.

You pay for inferior services topped with poor and disorganized customer service lacking in sensitivity to customer concerns or complaints. You will have to follow-up everything yourself, be sure to keep records with dates!
