The technician was helpful and came out right away it was a late night call. He gave me a price and re-assured me it was the going rate. The next day I got a quote from another company. They could not believe we got charged $2000 more than the job was worth. He only changed a roller and wire and a spring.
I gave the technician the benefit of the doubt and did not think someone would take advantage of a consumer. What a joke , do not use this company you will be paying 3 times more.
