Mike came by and assessed the issue (lightbulb cap fused into the socket of our kitchen light). He was quick to let me know that the job would be straightforward and not go over the initial hour service charge. Thought that was considerate and honest of him.
I'll be recommending Vancity Electric to anyone with these sorts of issues. Professional, personable, and competitively priced. 10/10.
