We called Matt from Modern Konstruction after a few other contractors fell though. Matt showed up the same day we call him and quoted us a very fair price. Matt delivered on his word and got the job done (and even helped us work through some issues that one finds when they open up a ceiling in an old house). In the end, we we're very pleased and Matt was a good guy to work alongside as well.
