Terrible Customer Service After Furnace Installation

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a furnace installed last March. They told me I would get a $250 dollar government rebate. I called back 2 months later and they told me it takes a while. I gave them to September and emailed them and called them about the rebate. They continually told me they would call or email me back but never would return a call or email. After trying to find an answer I called the government agency responsible for this and they told me this company didn't even register me.

I called back a couple more times and they admitted the person who installed my furnace wasn't even eligible for the rebate. They continually told me they would get licenced and get me the rebate. I spoke to them on a number of dates and they continually told me they would get back to me but did not. I had to keep calling for an answer.

Eventually, they told me they would send me a cheque for $250. After 3 weeks of waiting it never arrived. I tried calling back multiple times and they are not answering my calls.

Do not use this company. They are not honest and the customer service is horrible.
