Slavic is amazing! He is thorough, competent, responsive, honest and went the extra mile for us.
The products he supplied have been great. The installations were clean and fast. He's a stickler for doing everything by code too. Slavic even returned our rental water heater to Enbridge for us (we don't own a car, so it would have been a major headache for us to do it). Most amazing, when I mistakenly calculated GST at 15% instead of 13% on the cheque I wrote, he returned the overpayment. We're loving our new furnace, and our new hot water tank (waaaay lower utility bills) and, most of all, our A/C.
