Called Peter at Plumbers Direct about a leaky ceiling and he responded right away. Came and assessed the situation and discovered a faulty flange under the toilet. He was back in a few hours and replaced the part with a kit and also replaced a valve that was leaking.
This was our second experience with Plumbers Direct and in both cases they were quick, cordial, responsive and effective. The price charged was also reasonable especially considering the urgent response
