PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND VERY THOROUGH INSTALLATION, CUSTOMER ORIENTED. They were very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Customer satisfaction was an utmost priority. They even removed mason blocks I had under old AC unit.

I am not a person who is easily impressed, but Drew and Raj impressed me.

I had a gas line installed for a new range and found them to be professional, organised, punctual, courteous, fair in pricing and they went above and beyond what I expected. They were so good in fact that I hired them for additional renovations.

I would recommend these guys and this company to anyone without hesitation.

The water heater contract in my house had expired. I therefore wanted to replace the rented water heater with my own. I bought a power vented water heater from Lowe’s and also paid for the install service from Lowe’s. It was very difficult to coordinate the scheduling of the installation. I had to go through Lowe’s every time and they would then contact the installer and get back to me. The installer had so many restrictions of not working on weekends, of needing at least 2 weeks prior notice etc etc. I lost almost a month in the process. I had to finally take a day off just to work with the available slot of Lowe’s installer. When they finally made it, they would not take up the job on the agreed upon price and wanted more money. So essentially I had taken a day off to accommodate Lowe’s installer but still was unable to get my water heater installed. This was when I decided to look for an alternative.
I am glad I did as I looked up Homestars and found B.C. Roy Mechanical. Brandon from BC Roy agreed to come by and have a look at the installation right away. He gave a very fair price with no nasty surprises unlike Lowe’s installer. He was very flexible and agreed to work around my schedule on a weekend instead of the other way round. He came on the promised day and did a very professional job. The quality of his job is impeccable. He is very thorough, down to earth and completely unassuming. He takes the time to do what is needed to get the job done right the first time. In all my dealings I have yet to come across someone who is so meticulous, fair, reasonable and yet so easy to deal with. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brendon for any job that is in BC Roy’s field of activity. You can rest assured that it will be done at the most competitive price without compromising on the quality.

I contacted Brandon to get a gas line extension of about 10 ft for my outdoor BBQ. Though, its a very small job, they came over and saw what was required for the job to be done. Both Brandon and Drew are very professional, courteous and pleasing to work. Did a very good job, and conducted post installation pressure leak checks and made sure everything was up and running. Nice work.

I Searched the top ten hvac companies in the GTA and BC ROY was one of the contractors i called among several others and BC ROy mechanical was the most polite straight forward quote i had had revived ; no extras , no hidden fees unlike everyone elce, i was Extremely satisfied with the workman ship and pride B.C Roy had taken to make sure I was Comfortable with pricing, also MY personal satisfaction was number one , i WILL Most definitely recommend BC Roy mechanical to all my family members and friends , Thank you

We had always wanted a natural gas bbq for the convenience. I had gotten other price quotes from other companies. Brandon from BC Roy contacted me and his cost was on the lower scale, however, the quality of work and customer service was most definitely on the higher scale. Great value.

Brandon came by the day before to discuss the best options for the project and we came to the conclusion that the best option was to run a larger line from the supply because we had a number of gas appliances already. I thought that this would increase my cost significantly but was happy to know that we were still able to work within my budget.

We're looking forward to using the bbq out on the deck this summer.

I was very impressed by the customer service and quality workmanship I received by Brandon and Drew. I called Friday, the job was quoted within the hour and completed the next day. Brandon was very knowledgable and thorough in choosing the best option and positioning for installation. His price was very reasonable, less than some of the other major competitors. But they didn't stop there, they also checked my gas fireplace, made sure it was working properly, my kitchen ventilation and my thermostat. I will definitely be calling Brandon in the future if any potential issues arise with Heating and air conditioning.

I recently purchased a new grill that runs off natural gas so I needed a BBQ/grill connection installed. When Drew and Brandon came out to do the installation, the work was not as easy as expected but they were extremely flexible and able to fit me in the following weekend. They completed the job in the promised amount of time. Unfortunately when conducting their final leak tests they discovered a number of leaks in a separate gas line running from my hot water tank. Brandon promised that they would not leave me without hot water and would come back the next day (Sunday) to complete the job.Sure enough, Brandon was true to his word and completed the job on Sunday. He walked me through everything that they were doing, explained it in laymans terms and was extremely professional and courteous to deal with. Their prices are very reasonable as I collected estimates before the job was started and they were on the lower end of the spectrum. I would highly recommend this company for any gas/HVAC related work you would like done.

Had to call B.C. Roy when the original contractor didn't show up to do the installation of a gas line and stove. We were very happy that they were able to take on the project on such short notice and very happy with the results. They were able to install everything quickly and did quality work. On top of this, they were very easy to talk to, explained everything involved and charged a reasonable price. Great experience!

From the start, Brandon and Drew proved to be highly available, courteous and very capable.
They were the most detailed when quoting the gas line installation and gas stove hook-up. Once hired, they came to the house to preview the work area and determine the tooling and materials required. The following day they completed the work - using black iron piping which was preferred over copper. Post installation, Brandon and Drew setup the stove, walked me through some of the features, and showed the new gas line they outfitted. They further spent time checking over the gas fireplace, gas water heater and gas furnace.

I will hire B.C. Roy Mechanical again - great workmanship, quality materials & a fair price.
