We had Paul come in to repair 5 cracks and some tie rod holes in our foundation from the inside along with waterproofing the corner of the garage.

Almost one year later and my paving stones and grading is still not put back in place and all cracks still leak especially if putting a hose in the areas.

Paul promised to come back and even made an appointment but never showed up.

He now has our money and we are still left with a leaking basement and mess on the side of the house.

We just want this fixed but at this point just want our money back as are tired of trying to chase this guy down.

Hopefully after reading this he will contact us and do the right thing.

Stay away from this contractor.

Run. Run away. Terrible company. Didn't fulfill their obligations - a 1 month job became a 6 month job. Much of the sidewalk work was shotty - the sidewalk crumbled by itself. This was our worst nightmare..wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Paul and Darren thoroughly explained what they were going to do to our home, and answered any questions as to the process of sealing the foundation wall. They use good quality materials.

We had gtawaterproofing do the waterproofing of our basement. They were quick and reliable. Explained the entire process to me and completed the work efficiently with no disruption to me. They did a great job, I would definitely recommend them to others.

Paid $10,000 to waterproof the basement - 7 cracks leak during heavy rains. The problem was not fixed. Although Paul, the owner, guaranteed the work and keeps reassuring me he will come back to fix it he has yet to do this after 1.5 years. Nice guy, but so what - I want my basement fixed.
