Roofing review in Markham

These guys installed my roof back in 2012 and I had issues with my roof and when I called him he came back and fixed it although there was some delay due to some misunderstanding (according to him)

He patched up where ever the leak was and so far the repair has been satisfactory.

Approximate cost of services:
$6,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Waiting for the repairs to finish

Roofing review in Markham

These guys installed my roof back in 2012 and I have issues with my roof now and calling them since last one month and he is not even responding

Please come by and at least take a look at the roof!
He finally came by I will finish this review once he finishes his work.

He patched up where ever the leak was so far the repair has been satisfactory

Although he was making an excuse that he did my roof long time ago so he did not find my file and that is why he did not respond.

$6,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
