I ordered a front window from WAYLON , installers came October, 7, 2013 were very unprofessional, one of them was complaining the whole time. The windows did not have screens in them and they said they would drop the off the next day. Two weeks passed and no window screens. So i called WAYLON to see where my screens are, he sounded baffled and did not know a thing about it. HE ASKED ME TO EMAIL HIM so I did and the Install shop emailed me back October ,16,13 (NOT THE USELESS SALESMAN) explaining that they pretty much forgot to order them with screens and they would be in Oct 24, 2013 and ALSO i wanted them to fix the caulking around the window due to the LARGE gaps and they said they would send some one ASAP (which they didn't). I also emailed WAYLON to tell him how disappointed i was with the service and HE DID NOT EVEN CALL OR EMAIL BACK. Nov,3,13 no window screens yet, i was fed up so i called WAYLON WHO DIDNT EVEN REMEBER WHO I WAS OR WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT (LOSER) so i got mad hung up on him. I called the install office and they sent someone with the screens and to fix the caulking. All in all i would NEVER Recommend these people , they have the worst customer service NOT EVEN and an apology from ANYONE. WAYLON is the worst salesman i have ever met. Yes they are cheaper than everyone else BUT it is not worth the frustration.
