After a few production delays due to the size of the window, my bay window was installed by Alex Kuz'min and his crew of Tony and Max. The crew were polite, friendly and very professional. They explained what they were doing and why. They were very good at cleaning up the site. I would be happy to have them back to do other work for me in the future. I would give the installation crew a 10 out of 10. It was a challenging installation as the centre panel of glass weighed over 400 pounds but they handled it beautifully.
