Proffesional upfront and professional through the process. We hired them to solve our creaking stairs. They said they had a proprietary solution that really turned out to be glue, shims and screws. They did one set first and the squeaks remained. End results was I cancelled the contract and only received back half of what I paid. I fixed the creaks myself by simply replacing the risers.

We moved into our home in 2018. Over time our master bedroom floor began to cause creeking on a wall. We tried various remedies from the basement, none of them worked.

So we searched online for help, and stumbled onto Squeak Knights. We called and booked an appointment, the representative Maxim came down to inspect the situation assured us that it can be fixed.

We booked the date, and the crew came in and worked in it starting at the baseboard. With all the work they did they cleaned up the area and left the floor primarily. undamaged. I am not sure what they did, but it worked and stopped the creeping I'm the wall.

Squeaks happened when we stepped on the floor covered with tiles in the bathroom. We checked subfloor and joists, both are okay. So we had to call Lev to ask for help. After watching the video we sent to him, he immediately told us that squeaks might be caused by wrong installation of the bathtub , nothing to do with the floor. Actually it is. Lev came and fixed it from his mechanical engineers view. These squeaks bothered us for a long time. Now they are gone. It was really amazing that Lev helped us solve the problem so quickly and efficiently. He is a really squeak finder with professional knowledge and plenty of experience. So lucky to contact him.

My client had new stairs treads and risers put in over top of their existing stairs that cost a lot of money. Soon after, every tread squeaked very loudly and the installer offered no help in fixing the problem. That's when I contacted Squeaky Knights to fix the squeaks. They showed up and got right to work. Soon almost all the squeaks were gone except for a few and the came back to make the job perfect. They stand by their work and will not stop till the customer is happy. Hard to find that kind of craftsmanship in todays market.

These guys are fantastic and have this down to a science.
Great to deal with and their method WORKS. Floors in our hallway were so loud and creaky. They said I'd likely get an 80% improvement and that was true - I'd even say we got a 90% improvement. Thanks again!

The job was finished about 2 -3 weeks ago and we have noticed significant improvement, and are generally happy with the results. We were pleased with our dealings with everyone involved.

They are very professional, they know what to do. The only negative is they are absolutely busy.

Fixed squeaking floor on 2nd floor of detached house. Detailed assessment during 1st visit and transparent quote. Technicians arrived on time, explained the process and spent about 6 hours to have the areas fixed. Clean the worksite before departure and left behind warranty information. Service recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough about the squeak knights. They truly won the battle of the squeaky floors in our house. I would walk over the squeaky areas 10 times a day and curse the installation of our brand new floors. (Installed less than a year ago) Since the team has come, Ive completely forgotten of the previous annoyance. Two thumbs way up from us.
