I needed a handyman to remove an old air conditioner and then install a new one in my mother-in-law's apartment. I called a number of places and Charlie returned my call very promptly. He was friendly and very personable on the phone. He quoted a very reasonable price and was able to accomodate my request within a day or two. He completed the installation and even though it took a little longer than anticipated, he did not vary from the quote he had provided. I would highly recomend his services.
