The copper pipe, connecting the hose to the house, had corroded and broken while trying to remove the hose for winter. We covered and patched it up, but it needed fixing. Within an hour of my request on homesteads I had a response and Dorian came around the next morning. After looking at it, he assured me of a simple fix, and he was right. While it wasn't exactly straight forward, he had everything fixed in just over an hour. Friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. Money well spent.

As it turns out, the small leak in the line required the entire faucet to be replaced. I had another company come in and their quote was twice what the Plumbing Experts quoted. They (Thor) came promptly, purchased another faucet and offered to examine the rest of the house plumbing. We were very pleased with the service and performance. I would use them again, and would recommend.

Elie and his team were very prompt, thorough and effective in repairing the main septic pipe that had two cracks in it requiring hand digging outside near the foundation. Their knowledge, skill and craftsmanship surpass any other plumbers that I have used.
