I only had a general idea of what I needed. Fabien gave me several quotes for different options and explained everything in detail. They did the work exactly as scheduled, were very polite and respectful, and didn't leave any mess whatsoever. When I asked for what I should think about in terms of maintenance, Fabien said "you're done" as in the seamless system installed should be good to go for years and years and years.
Good service, good price, good overall experience, I would recommend this group to anyone.
