We're very happy with the glass railings Mark and his team did for our home. Their work is very professional. Sleek and modern look at a great price. Highly recommended!!

We hired Ontario Custom Glass to construct a glass fence and gate in our back garden. They were late with their promised delivery and when they did come to do the work they: - had unfinished ends to the fence with poor or no connections - the gate lock was installed backwards - the glass panels are at different heights and angles - the etched glass markings are upside down and left at eye level - the channel holding the glass in place is incredibly messy - the work is not complete They refuse to come back to correct anything because they have been paid in full. I have never dealt with a more dishonest and unprofessional company in my life. I would NEVER recommend them.

Just had a shower system installed by Ontario glass. What a fabulous job! Shower is beautiful, service was professional! If you are looking for a glass shower I highly recommend this company!

We hired Mark for glass railing back in October 2015. The house required a total reno so we knew we needed months before he could install the railing. He came back in April for final measurements and said he needed 3 weeks to get the glass ready. Since the it was a game he was playing. He would not answer the phone. He would take days to call back. Every time he did, he had a different excuse. In June, we had to postpone sale of the house because we didn't have the railing. Hundreds of dollars lost in carrying costs. He finally came in July only to have yet another excuse. the wall wasn't levelled and he claimed he gave us instructions to do so. It took me 20 minutes to do this. He left and never came back. When he arrived that day, he wanted the rest of the money. we asked to show us the material. He showed us all kinds of different pieces probably belonging to other people.
He was then saying that he accomodated us (after 3 months of chasing him, where he took $2500 from us).
We lost close to $4000.
the guy is a joke. do yourself a favour and hire someone who is serious about running a business. this one is a mickey mouse operation.

Offers good prices but unfortunately I am disappointed with the installation at this point. The railing installed was not stable. They are attempting to resolve the issue after I stopped payment.

They have agreed to come back at a later date. I'll update this review if/when that happens.

Update Oct 13/2016: After repeated attempts to contact them, they did not respond and I was forced to hire another firm to remedy their shoddy workmanship. My recommendation is to avoid this contractor at all costs as they are incompetent, rude and do not stand behind their warranty.

Ontario Customer Glass team install a beautiful glass shower for my master shower and i am very please with the outcome. The Team was very professional and the work they did was quality.

I would recommend this Company to anyone who needs a glass shower installed.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Mark's workmanship. Very clean and took extra care in bringing in the shower enclosures ensuring no damage to the walls. Price point point was great compared to other companies we price checked.

Do not make the same mistake I made and hire mark. At first he was delightful to work with but after he installed our new shower door and panel and we decided to take shower... there was water leaking everywhere. iv been trying to get in touch with mark but he keeps telling me 3-4 weeks cause he's on vacation, but when my friend called for a new install he was ready to do the measurements same day. all in all good at first sound like a nice guy but after the fact you'll just have problems...guaranteed

WELL I MUST SAY WE SHOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND CHECKED THEM ON BBB! This company should not be in business.... They have installed glass railings at our home and did not even get the height right for the Ontario Building Code, On top of that the workmanship is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

We have made many phone calls and sent many emails but Mark will not come to fix the deficiencies he has left us with. The glass railing on the upper level has also come loose and is about to fall off the second floor. We have now had someone else come a fix this poor job Mark has done. This contractor (MARK) has put us in a very bad position and we are unable to get occupancy on this house and we will now be seeking legal action.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK, DO NOT HIRE THEM PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND CHECK THEM BBB! YOU WILL GET BURNED 100% AND HE WILL JUST RUN AWAY. THIS GUY IS A TOTAL JOKE!!!!!
