Extremely disappointed with Don of Aqua Health Spas and Pools. The quality of the work was poor and he was late on nearly every commitment. As well he made many different promises to fix things that were done badly or not at all, in writing via text, and then openly reneged, refusing to complete some of the work he had committed to.

He did not do a quality job of installation nor finishing of the stone work around the pool (e.g. lights had to be replaced twice, loose coping stones, stones installed over skimmer opening, polymeric sand crumbling, edging installed incorrectly etc.). Much of the work had to be redone by a professional landscaping company.

Don and Aqua Health Spas & Pools, are skilled sales people but did a very unsatisfactory job of installing and servicing the pool. Check your contract carefully and watch out for misleading language, eg. "sump tube system" = a tube but not a pump. If you do choose them, get EVERYTHING in writing in the most minute detail and line up a good lawyer.

We had Don installer our new fiberglass pool and stone deck. The pool has had a leak since install, we notified don last year but he blamed it on evaporation. We did not know any better. We opened the pool this year the water was below the skimmer we filled it back up only to have it lose water daily. After talking with don from catpools.com he has not been helpful at all instead blames us that the pool leaks blames the company that installed the safety cover for the leak. We hire a leak detective which found leaks at the light and two returns due to poor install. We have a bandaid solution on this problem now but now have been advised that everything should be dug up and redone properly. Our cost to fix the bad install will be an extra $1400. The whole process has been difficult and very stressful. In my opinion DO NOT use this company if you would like to have a fiberglass pool installed you will get no support if problems occur.
Read the contract carefully as he will revert back to it which takes all blame away from him. Leaking pool was not in my contract but this is what I was left with. With no support or follow up with Don even after we sent the report and he talked with the company that did the leak detection.
